SDES 2010 FINANCIAL TOOLS

 Southeastern Diabetes Education Services desires that every child having diabetes has the opportunity to participate in its programs.  We encourage families in need of financial aid to consider using one of the Financial Aid Tools described below to help with the payment of their fees:

 

 

- First-Time Discount Coupon for Camp Seale Harris.  If you have never before attended a Camp Seale Harris, Camp Sugar Falls, or Adventure Camp program, and this is your first time to attend a Camp Seale Harris program, you are eligible for 50% discount off of the Program Fees.  Please download the coupon from the link above.

 

- Camper Fundraising Campaign  - Children/families are encouraged to participate in the Camper Fundraising Campaign which can help pay their program fees and also qualify the child for prizes.  Complete details and prizes awarded are included in the Camper Fundraising Packet which you can download from the link above.

 

-  Sponsor - Many families successfully contact sponsors from their community such as individuals, churches, organizations, businesses.  We must receive confirmation from Sponsors of their level of support 30 days before the opening of the program you or your child are planning to attend.  Sponsor Packets are available for download from the link above.

 

- Payment Plan - We will help you set up a monthly payment plan for your deposit and  your Program Fee balance if you request this.  Please call our Administrative Office at (205) 402-0415 to make arrangements for a payment plan.

 

- Scholarship Application - SDES seeks scholarship support  from compassionate friends to help families in need of financial assistance.  Scholarship Applications must be submitted with a copy of your previous year�s Federal Income Tax Return attached.  In order to allow time for your scholarship request to be considered, this application should be returned to us prior to 14 days before the beginning of the program you or your child are planning to attend.  Scholarships Application forms are available from the link above.
